Transition to Kindergarten

This joint session between the Department of Education, the Executive Office on Early Learning (EOEL), and Hawaiʻi P-20 will explore transitions to kindergarten, with special emphasis on the specific transition from EOEL prekindergarten to kindergarten. Participants will discuss the importance of positive family engagement, inter-agency collaboration, and collective data-sharing in order to ensure keiki have nurturing transitions in the kindergarten experience.
